NIU President John G. Peters
NIU President John G. Peters will deliver his annual State of the University Address at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, in the Altgeld Hall auditorium.
President Peters will speak about the Vision 2020 Initiative.
The speech is open to the public, and will be streamed live here at NIU Today.
University release time policies pertain to employee attendance at this event subject to operational needs. Hourly Operating Staff employees may attend without loss of wages or the use of vacation or sick time. Accordingly, supervisors are encouraged to provide employees with the opportunity to participate.
A reception will follow in the Altgeld Hall foyer immediately after the address.
