The sound of choirs, carols, brass and percussion will once again echo through the halls of the Music Building when the NIU Choral Department hosts their 17th annual holiday concert.
Featuring the world premiere of “The Lands the See the Sun Arise” by DeKalb composer Tim Blickhan, the concert will be held in the Boutell Memorial Concert Hall Sunday, Dec. 7, beginning at 3 p.m.

Also taking the stage will be each of the NIU choirs, the DeKalb Festival Chorus and the CSA Children’s Chorus. Join them as they perform familiar carols, world music, and other recognizable holiday favorites.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for all students. Children 5 and younger are free.
