Tom keeps Altgeld Hall “surgery ready.” Not only does he handle indoor and outdoor maintenance duties with near-religious zeal, but does so with a happy, welcoming and helpful attitude while also handling meeting room setups, repairs, leaks, and always offers to help above and beyond with special tasks like file and reference purging. Tom is inspirational – we’re all very grateful to have him on our team.
