As an employee who started during the quarantine, there was a great deal of uncertainty about the training I would receive and level of productivity I would inevitably have during my first few weeks. Steve Estes has been extremely knowledgeable, patient and attentive during this transition. Most important, he has been an amazing leader. He always provides a thoughtful response to staff concerns and ensures that everyone feels heard. Many of the advisors in the office have been amazing as well but I believe Steve’s leadership truly makes the difference.
