Dr. Pluim always goes above and beyond expectations as a department chair. She provides constant encouragement, support and kindness to her faculty in her department. She gives us all the information we need to know in order to do our jobs well. If we have an issue that needs to be resolved, Dr. Pluim resolves the issue in an ethical, timely manner. Dr. Pluim is a visionary leader and champion for social justice.
