I have been an employee with NIU as a BSW (building service worker) since March 2023.
I have been given the opportunity to work with Douglas P. (Forman for Sports Crew). Doug has demonstrated good work ethic and management skills while working day/night events such as Football games, cheer events, etc. Doug not only is a great leader but also demonstrates a deep commitment to NIU’s values and mission by working many hours on particular projects/events. He is willing to go the extra mile on a daily basis to help others. His positive attitude toward specific details of projects and unwavering support has been a true inspiration to everyone on the team.
