Working in an older building, there are always issues with heating in the winter. This week, when we needed support with getting offices warmed up enough to work in, Jeff Anderson was the technician who was sent — he was invested in solving the problem, asked questions about what we needed, and checked back in the next day to ensure the work being done was sufficient. Jeff’s attitude and investment in the work he does is worthy of recognition.
