Celeste’s meticulous attention to detail and her deep knowledge of NIU were instrumental in preparing for and executing the March Higher Learning Commission (HLC) 10-Year Comprehensive Evaluation Visit. Celeste drafted the NIU Federal Compliance Filing detailing all the ways we meet federal regulations. She also gave our HLC visitors a tour (in the rain) of some NIU’s innovative learning spaces.
