I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn Law when she presented to a cohort of doctoral students in my course this semester. Carolyn explained the NIU process for dissertations and provided extensive resources for students who are completing their doctoral work in the next couple of years. She shared many tips and strategies for success that students could employ when completing their dissertation journey. As always, Carolyn tailored the presentation to the needs and research interests of the students and offered ongoing support as their coursework continues. I always know that Carolyn will conduct an outstanding presentation that includes information that students can readily apply as they complete graduate school. Thanks again, Carolyn! Kelly has been extremely helpful, cheerful and a pillar of the New Hall communities as we have continued to adjust and re-adjust to ongoing staff, resident and campus experiences. Kelly has proven herself to be both adaptable and adept at meeting challenges headlong and with an eye toward resolving the cause, rather than just treating the immediate need.
I am very pleased to call her my coworker and hope that she continues to thrive in our environment.

Amanda took the time to help me fully understand an IT-related issue I was having. She was patient, kind, and informative. Her determination to resolve the issue and positivity while doing so are greatly appreciated.

Jeannie stepped up and took on other responsibilities for the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology when a member of the team had to take some extended leave and she also stepped up to help a department when their office manager left the department. She did all of these things while maintaining quick response rate and being very helpful in all aspects of her job. It is appreciated!
Chad and his crew provided exceptional assistance and response to delivering over 800 air filtration units to academic buildings.
Becky is a senior member of the Gift Processing Group. She trains newer members and is always ready to work with other members of the department to answer questions and solve problems. Her attitude is first rate and she is a Huskie through and through.
Mark is a talented member of our communications team. He always has a large amount of projects, but is always calm and a great listener when a surprise project comes up.
